More and more companies and teams call for new management tools and indicators such as team mood and return on time invested (ROTI).

Because I am experiencing working in Agile projects for a long time, I definitively keep interest in associated performance indicators. The measure of the team mood based on a Niko-niko calendar is one of them. Tracking the mood of a team introduces just enough humanity to succeed together, because everyone on earth has right reasons to feel sad, so-so or happy, day by day.

Another one is the return on time invested (ROTI). It is a quick and easy way to gauge the time spent in meetings, workshops or conferences, and to improve their effectiveness.
